Opened joins stock company "Eximnefteproduct" is a unique oil transshipment complex, one of the highest-power terminals on transshipment of oil, black oil fuel and diesel fuel in the Black sea basin, leader of pipeline transport of Ukraine.
The primary activity of the enterprise is rendering services to the customers, conducting export-import operations with oil and oil products at their transportation with unloading from one mode of transport (oil pipelines, railroad tanks, crude oil tankers), storage and formation of tanking batches in the own tank farm, shipment to the other mode of transport (oil pipelines, railroad tanks, crude oil tankers).
Being usefully geographically located, the JSC "Eximnefteproduct" enables movement of oil products at useful, reliable and profitable transit route.
Closeness of Black sea ports, crossing of three main oil lines "Odessa-Brody", "Samara-Lisichansk-Odessa", "Snigirevka-Odessa", presence of transport infrastructure of Odessa railroad make it possible for our enterprise to conduct continuous transshipment of oil and oil products.
Presently, total production capacities of the enterprise enable transshipment of oil products amounting to 20 million tons pro year, of which:
JSC "Eximnefteproduct" is happy to expand it's circle of partners, always remaining opened to mutual cooperation with customers, who are striving to increase economical effectiveness of their export-import operations with our help, using optimization of delivery transport schemes for oil products from manufacturers to consumers, cheapening of transporting operations at each stage.
In 2006 JSC "Eximnefteproduct" celebrates it's 110-th anniversary.
110 years ago in September 1896 on the initiative of director of "Russian company for shipping industry and trade" I rank captain Polushkin Sergey Ivanovich a pumping station and a small tank park on the area of more than 2 thousand quadrate fathoms (about 4,27 thousand quadrate meters), has been entered into operation for storage and pumping of dark oils (black oils).
Since than in the different times of it's more than a century-long history the enterprise survived both the periods of total destruction (hard years of revolution, civil and Great Patriotic wars) and periods of rapid growth (years of first five years plans, years of post-war reconstruction, time of massive construction of new tank farms, and transshipment overpasses in the 50-s - 80-s).
The enterprise obtained new outlooks for it's development with declaration of independence of Ukraine.
In 1991 it became obvious, that old-fashioned production assets, inherited from soviet planned economy and centralized management have reached the critical level of wastage (80%)/ Therefore, since 1992 fundamental technical reconstructions of basic production assets have been launched on the enterprise with total modernization of equipment and intensive increase of production powers. Not only amortization deductions, but also 40-45% of income were channeled for these purposes.
The enterprise is constantly being modernized and expanded exclusively for own costs without credits or outside investment.
Presently, in consequence of goal-seeking and self-sacrificing work of five generations, whose lives were connected with our enterprise, the JSC "Eximnefteproduct" is a hi-tech European type enterprise, which corresponds with the demands of international standards in productivity, quality, processing technology, fire and environmental safety.
In June 2005 by decision of JSC "Eximnefteproduct" shareholders, a new team of top-managers has been formed and started it's work, which faced new prospective tasks in the field of strategic planning of the enterprise development, as well as mid-period objectives and tasks for operating technical and financing management of the enterprise.
