1914-1924

The transshipment amounts of dark and light oils before 1914 in the period of Russian economy rapid explosion have been on constant increase. After World War I, two fires (in 1916 and 1918) and the Civil War, the enterprise has been in fact destroyed. Reconstruction works started only in 1924 after the warehouses and equipment have been transferred to the oil syndicate "Soyuzneftexport" according to Decree of Soviet government.
