In November 1990, the State Committee on oil products of Ukraine decided to split Odessa state enterprise on oil products supplement into two separate organizations: enterprise on oil products supplement and enterprise on oil products export and import (transshipment oil complex). Thus, transshipment oil complex became a separate enterprise.
