1991-1992

Declaration of independence of Ukraine in 1991 has opened new outlooks to the enterprise, however it obtained outdated fixed assets with deterioration rate more than 80% as succession from soviet planned economy. Therefore, radical technical improvement of the entire enterprise, with intensive modernization and increase of production capacities has been launched in 1992. Not only amortization deductions, but also 40-45% of income are channeled for modernization and reconstruction of the enterprise. Presently, the shareholders and the state deal with enterprise, which is being reconstructed and modernized at it's own cost without credits or outward investments.
